Three short steps. Name it, create the GitHub repo your team brain lives in, then install Agency Brain onto that repo. I'll figure out the repo URL from the install — no typing required.

The owner will get an email with a one-time link to claim ownership. You'll stay on the team as a scout (full member-admin permissions) until they claim. Until then, the owner row is marked pending.
The claim link will be emailed here. Make sure they can access it.
By completing this wizard, you become the owner of this agency. You'll be able to add scouts and team members afterwards.

The repo your current brain already lives in (your "origin"). It becomes the shared agency repo. We never host it; it stays in your GitHub.
Your existing brain is now your agency brain. Before teammates get access, this prompt helps you move sensitive files (client data, keys, personal notes) into a separate private repo only you can see. Strongly recommended.
Your fresh agency brain is ready. If you'd like, this prompt copies chosen context from your existing brain across (agency context, client folders, skills you've built), with anything sensitive left out and your old brain untouched.
Your team brain lives in a private GitHub repo that you own and host, in your own GitHub. We never host it for you. The prompt below does the work: it copies the brain into a new private repo on your account.
Host it in a business or organisation GitHub account, not a personal one. Your brain is a company asset. In a GitHub organisation your business owns (free at github.com/organizations/new), it stays with the business as people come and go; you just add or remove their access. Under one person's personal account, you'd have to transfer the repo if they leave.
Agency Brain is the GitHub App that keeps every team member's local copy of the team brain in sync with the repo you just created. Each team member runs Agency Brain on their own machine; the App is what lets all those local copies push and pull on the team's behalf, without anyone juggling separate GitHub accounts or shared passwords.
One install per agency, on this repo only. You're installing the App once, on the repo you just created. Team members download Agency Brain separately — they don't each need to install the App. You can revoke the App at any time from your GitHub settings, which cuts off sync for the whole team in one click.
